Shipping policy

We understand that occasionally there may be a need to return a shipment. If you wish to return an item from your order, please refer to our Return Policy for detailed instructions.
Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team within 2 days of receiving your order .
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging intact.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will process your refund or exchange accordingly. Please allow [number of days] business days for your return to be processed.
