1. Chest (Pit-to-Pit): Lay your favorite t-shirt flat and measure across the chest, 1 inch below the armpit, from seam to seam.

2. Length: Measure from the highest point of the shoulder (next to the collar) straight down to the bottom hem.

3. Sleeve: Measure from the dropped shoulder seam down to the edge of the sleeve cuff.
